Housing Supply Overview based on real Estate Stats from our local MLS Data

Based on Home Sales performance during the 12 month period spanning March 2021 through February 2022, Sales in the Lakelands area were up 4.3% overall. The price range with the largest price-gain in sales was the $1,000,000 to $1,999,999 range, where they increased 90.9%.

The overall median sales price was up 28% to $700,000. The property type with the largest price-gain was the Condo segment, where prices increased 33.2% to $565,900. The price range that tended to sell the fastest was the $500,000 to $799,999 range at 18 days.

Market-wide, Inventory levels were down 23.9%. The property type with the smallest decline was the Non- Waterfront segment, where we saw a decrease of 16.5%. That amounts to 0.7 months supply for waterfront and 0.6 months supply for Non-Waterfront.
